Caitlin's Journal: Days 3&4 at Grandma's

Yesterday was a bit of a down day as we stayed around home most of the day. The ladies went shopping in the morning and after their return Caitlin went swimming three times. Before the last swim, we watched a movie called "Nihao Kai-Lan". She is really getting quite good at speaking Chinese! Here is her "Movie Night" picture from last night:

She went right to bed last night again, but she wasn't nearly as tired as tonight. Boy, did we wear her out this morning with a 2 hour session at Bounceland in Kalamazoo. This place has very tall slides and bouncing pads that had her fully excited for the whole morning. Here's a picture of the facility:

From Bounceland we took our very tired little girl to lunch and then a visit to Toys R Us. She got a stuffed Littlest Pet Shop pony to bring home. When we got home, she was too tired to do much, so Grandpa took her for a short wagon ride. Then she picked a couple of blackberries with Mama before sitting down to watch the movie again.

We ended the day with dinner at Chili's, where we worked VERY hard to keep her awake until her food came. I had to take her for a short walk in the rain to keep her eyes open! But she made it through dinner and visits to Lowes and Menards before returning home and getting into her jammies. She is now sound asleep and will probably sleep until noon tomorrow. Note her new pony under her arm.......

Another great day in the Ginky Weeds! We'll see what tomorrow brings.
