It is official!! I am leaving Blue Point and joining the team at the Cleveland Horseshoe Casino. While I had a great time at Blue point, I got an offer I couldn't refuse. I will be the Executive Sous Chef for the casino. In the near future after we open, there will be an upscale diner that I will be running. Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. Thank you all for your love and support. It really is appreciated.
