Will they go or will they stay?

The weather in Georgia is just plain WEIRD.  It was 44 degrees today, and it was snowing.  Really???  So, the forecast is for 1/2 to 1 inch of snow possible by morning.  Will Marina and Alexander have school or not?  I was at the grocery store picking up a few things for our Russian dinner tonight and witnessed some crazy people stocking up on bottled water and bread.  I try not to make fun of them, but it's so hard!  And.....the plant manager at Mike's plant announced today that everyone must be out of the building by 10:00 tonight, before they lock the doors, and they will not unlock the doors until 9:00 tomorrow morning.  So no one is allowed to be at work between 10pm and 9am.  I'm not complaining....I would love for the kids to have a "snow" day tomorrow, but I just really find it funny!  So, go ahead and laugh at us Southerners!

Hope you are all staying warm!
Love,
Kristen

We had a beautiful, gentle snowfall all day. We probably have 4-6" on the ground. Just talked to Bryan & Stephanie and they have 4 FEET on the ground, with below zero temperatures & 50 mph winds. Caitlin did have a snow day today. Too bad she can't get outside and enjoy it. She said "the snow was up to the roof".

Stay warm!

With just a very light dusting of snow and roads that were essentially clear, Alexander went to preschool as scheduled this morning, but Marina got to sleep in an extra 2 hours! Mike enjoyed his relaxing morning, as well! It's cold here today, and it sounds like the cold front will be here for much of next week, as well!

Good luck S&B digging out. We have about 8 inches and so far have dodged the snow today. Yikes. Eric said it was 70 where he is today. Said he got a little sun tan. Glad you girls joined Facebook. Fun to see what everyone is up to. Have a good weekend. Love to you all.
