This will be a weekend dedicated to food and drink. Tonight we are going to the Home Grange chicken barbeque with the Evans. They really enjoy those home-cooked meals, and they have been pretty good. Tomorrow, on Connie's birthday, we are going to dinner with the Evans and Helblings to celebrate. Helblings are arriving from their winter in Texas and will make the birthday celebration their first official act here.
The big project for the weekend is mowing the lawn. It's getting long and it's supposed to dry out tomorrow and Sunday. Might even get it in today if the current sunshine stays!
